Made from cryogenically treated M42 high-speed steel, Crown Tools Fingernail Bowl Gouges hold a finer edge than standard M2 high-speed steel, and last up to 6 times as long as ordinary carbon steels. They feature a parabolic grind and a hefty 14” ash handle with a bold black finish. A copper ferrule adds the finishing touch to each tool, making it is as nice to look at as it is to use. Finely polished, with precisely ground bevels.
